I'm looking for information - either online or offline - about change management processes for Web development. I can find lots for the construction and software industries, but I'm sure that Web development presents its own set of unique challenges.

R - Look into document management or document control. In doing some research for something else, I found many references and tools for web development under that catagory. From a high level perspective, the change process is similar to s/w but the s/w approach tends to be overkill. Another place of reference is CMTODAY.COM that has mucho information on Configuration Management. Good Luck!!
