where in NYS do you mean upstate? I would love to find some land near back home which is western NYS. We called upstate the area around Albany... folks from NYC and in that area called us upstate.

The only part of upstate is around St Lawrence county .We folks up here laugh when city folk talk about going upstate and mean Albany .I kinda like it that way not many people know we exsist . If any one is looking for land this far up let me know and I will keep an eye out .

I am interested in a piece of land "upstate" NY which to me means north of Bear mountain. Actually I'd prefer the Catskills or south Adirondacks around the southern tip of Lake George... Glen Falls etc. I would like to drop a manufactured home on it. Thanks. Eddie
