Instructions and Recipes for Juiceman II

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I was at an estate auction yesterday on my way back from the farmers' market and I bought a Juiceman II for $17. I knew they were a couple of hundred dollars normally because we have been thinking about getting one so I was pleased to get this one so reasonably. It works just fine and appears to have all of its parts but it didn't have the owner's manual or recipe book. I was wondering if anyone has one that they could photocopy and mail it to me. I will be happy to pay for the photocopies and postage. I don't want to experiment and break something so I figured it would be smarter to find a manual. Hubby is real pleased with it as he has really been wanting to get one. And I'm pleased because I got a bargain.

Oops, I guess I jumped the gun on this. I found a website for the Juiceman II and sent them an e-mail. They just replied and said they would send me a replacement free of charge. Wow, this internet is great.

Now, I guess what I need to hear from you all is what is your favorite juiceer recipe?
