I personally feel the company is way too "top-heavy". Why are we constantly hiring new managers, and people to manage those new managers, etc, while we "laborers" have to take on more responsibilities, including taking on the jobs of other departments in addition to our own? Maybe this is working in a way we don't see, but it would be nice if it was explained to us because we don't see how this is helping the company right now.

I think we should make realistic shipping schedules for engineering jobs. They're put on the floor and expected to ship within a short time and they aren't "tried and true" so most of the time they don't make it. This causes an awful lot of rework and redesigning and it's frustrating for everyone involved when we don't make the deadline. Also, from personal experience, I think there should be some kind of schedule for doing reworks, especially if they're extensive. We're constantly interrupted in the middle of our jobs to stop what we're doing, and not just by one person, and it breaks concentration on the job at hand causing a lot of stupid mistakes, which in turn causes more rework if we don't catch it.

I would appreciate certian people running to bosses about what THEY think people are doing to mind their own business. Make sure your innocent yourself before you make accusations. Remember this..you watchers are being watched too, we know who you are and your not perfect. Thank you.

I'm alittle bummed out about the "bonus" we were supposed to get. I feel that we all did a great job and even though we didn't quite make it, I believe we all put alot of effort into trying to make our quota. I feel that we should still have been compensated for our efforts. A meeting would have been nice to let us all know how well we all stuck together to try and achieve this goal. But, that didn't happen either. I feel a little used.
