Source for sausage casing?

Does anyone know of a source for sausage casings? I really don't want to wash out intestines! (I guess the nurse in me says yuck!) Thanks.

I buy them in the grocery store. They are in the meat section by the suet and sausage. Mary

I have purchased mine before from the local meat packing house.

Look in your phone book for butcher shops. The one I bought mine from keeps them in stock during hunting season.

Sorry to take so long answering. 2 solutions. First, go to your local supermarket. In most places, they will not have casings displayed, but if they make any of their own sausage, as most do (especially id they have sweet or hot Italian sausage), they will sell you some or at least order it for you. 2nd option is the Sausagemaker in Buffalo NY. They have an ad in the current Countryside. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll forward the address. GL!
