I was able to get into the messages last night but couln't post; got this message the server was temporarily down. Then when I tried this morning nothing... just a blank white page. Bernice

Hi, Bernice, I had problems for 2 days then got on once and now it's back to the same old thing! I am glad it's not just me! I had e- mailed Vicki and she said they were having some problems! I will keep trying--I really miss "visiting" with everyone!

Thanks for replying:) Now I am really confused as it works but doesn't. guess I'll just have to wait and see. Well...... I'll keep on trying.

Sorry Bernice, I thought you were referring to the "Goat Barn" on this site! :-)

I have no experience, nor have I heard of the goat shed.

Again, sorry for the confusion...I was just trying to help.

Hello again! I just got my "passport" so that I could join "The Goat Shed" and learn more about goats before I get some. When I tried to actually join,I got an URL page.I'll try again later. It sounds like a neat "place". ~Tracy~

I don't have an answer.... but I have a question. What is the Goat Shed and how do I get to it. I have 2 Nubians and would love to learn more about them. I have learned a lot from this forum that I didn't know. So any infor would be helpful. But real interested in the goat Shed

You just about have to have a hotmail or passport account to be able to keep posting on the site, it is very tempermental!

Just a warning though. We are not Countryside, we are a dictatorship. Bernice, Judy and I run The Goat Shed with an iron fist, no profanity, we all are nice (yes even me :) Bernice's job is to keep me in line! It is mostly new folks asking a few of us old cronies questions, and lots of chit chat, visit our photo album and see all our lovelies! Goat, Sheep, the occasional dog or horse, sometimes the weather. But always friendly. The managers, me especially will delete anything ugly you say and ban you from the list, you can get a new email and sign up again, but I will find you! The site is very tempermental and if you get frustrated eaisly its not the site for you, it has a mind of its own, and can without warning simply do anything it wants to with no rhyme or reason.

We love new folks who love their sheep and goats, and who above all else are nice. It actually is a very nice site to promote your herd, put your pics in the photo album and then invite folks to view your goats and what you have for sale. You don't have to join to read or look, you do have to join to post. Vicki McGaugh of Lonesome Doe Nubians

Hey Bernie,

I've gotten on the Shed every morning with no problems at all except a little slow going back and forth. I get on very early in AM, ok this morning too. I've never seen the blank white page. Are you hitting the REFRESH button?

At the moment I can get into the shed just fine. I wondered where the e-mails were coming from, this is an old post from last yr. I am so far behind on my e-mails since we got back Tuesday from Georiga.

Good Grief! I didn't even read the date on the top! Sometimes I'll get halfway down a LONG thread, and then realize it is new at all! Forgive me, Bernie. I'm over 40.
