What do you think about the obssesion with JK Rowling's Harry Potter?

Jeremy - I actually have one complaint about the mystery bit - in Sorcerer's Stone, I wanted to try to solve the puzzle with the bottles myself, but she didn't give you enouhg information.Oh well.

As one of the obsessed, my opinion is certainly biased, but I think it's great. Kids are actually READING--that's the most wonderful part. And Rowling is a fantastic writer. She's mixed fantasy and mystery together so well; the books are totally entrancing.What is it with great fantasy writers using initials? J.K. Rowling; C.S. Lewis; J.R.R. Tolkien... WTF?
