I found some inexpensive property but the Ad says it "needs water well, Table 98' to 128'." I don't know anything about installing well, etc. and desperately need to know the best depth range. Is this good or not? Help! Thank you.

Melody, that's not bad at all -- figure well-drilling costs at anywhere from $15-35/foot (call well-drillers in your area to get a closer estimate. If you don't mind my asking, since we share the same last name, where are you? (I have a sister-in-law named Melody, too, so had to look twice when I saw your name!)

Another option if the place is primarily residential with just a little agriculture is rainwater cachement.

You save the rainwater from your roof(s) in a holding tank, potable uses are filtered and sterilized and the rest goes to your agriculture uses.

If you need to extend your rainwater holding, try recycling your greywater (tub/washingmachine/bathroom sink) through a sand filter and use that to flush your toilet and irrigate, supposed to work great for greenhouses, the phosphates and nitrates in soap and detergents are fertilizers and are supposed to supercharge plants.
