You probably need Sulmet or some other sulpha based medication for the turkeys. They likely have coccidiosis. I have used terramycin on ducklings for illness, but do not remember the amount. SEPARATE THE DUCKLING FROM THE TURKEYS if the turkeys are not fully feathered. The little bugers like water nearly as well as the duckling, but they get chilled and die, even if the temperature is in the 90's. Ducklings splatter water all over everything. Also, baby turkeys need more and longer brooding than the duckling. You might be able to just separate the duckling from the turkeys by boxing him off in a corner a little removed from the light, and let the turkeys have the rest of the brooder and closer access to the brooder light.
