I am making VCDs using Astarte M.Pack and Toast on the Mac. Th Video works great but the audio is choppy. I have read alot of people on this forum having the same problem but is there a solution to this? Please HELP!!!

I've heard the Heuris's MPEG Power Professional 1 is better than Astarte's M.Pack.
