What are some effective ways for Team Recognition? What is a good way to show teams what there results are?

Hi. I'm an administrative officer with a government department in Australia. Myself and a few others regularly put together a district newsletter. It's main aim is to let everyone know what's going on in the district and to develop an understanding of the staff across a wide district. Our emphasis is on people, not product. We include a team profile each edition and a couple of personal profiles (with some humourous questions). We also make a point of publishing 'backslaps'. This could be in the form of letters sent from clients, or recognising local achievements.

It's important to say, however, that this newsletter was the initiative of the staff, not management and that there is not 'vetting' of the articles by management.

Good Luck!
