What are you using for bedding?Have you tried any eye drops? Can you see anything in it? If she is very stressed she may not take , try to fix the eye first . Is the buck proven?

At the feed srores they sell something called tarimicen[spelling close but not right]optic eye ointment which works great on eye infections,I think it is labeled for cats and dogs but works on rabbits to. for breeding try adding sunflowers to her diet but wait until you have eyes cleared up.have you checked for a hair that might be growing into eye?

I have used dry powder that you can get at most feed stores for pink eye in cattle. Sometime rabbits can hurt eyes on side of hanging feed metal feed hoppers. Check for sharp edges, or broken wire in cage. Did the rabbit have sore eye before, or after being with buck? Maybe there is something sharp in other pen? If the doe is eating, and drinking, and does not appear to have an infection in eye, I don't think the eye is the problem, but if fighting infection, I would wait till she is healthy.
