To my knowledge, there is not an "association" of grad/undergraduate programs in sport psychology/science. Fitness Information Technology, Inc. (fitinfotech.com) publishes a listing of graduate programs in applied sport psychology which includes programs housed in psychology departments and in schools of education/physical education.
