Turkey eggs

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I started raising turkeys this year and am slowly learning more about them. This might sound silly but since I've never tried them, can you eat turkey eggs? I have all I want for the incubator and I'm still getting them daily and I'm not sure what to do with them. Any suggestions?

Jim, you can. Check the old thread under The Hen House, way down near the bottom about either duck or goose eggs and guinea eggs. Gerbil

Our turkey laid last year from March to October very faithfully every day. I used them just as I would a chicken egg. We fried them and ate them just like that and couldn't tell the difference.
