Can any one help in identifying this poem which I would like to read when my fathers ahes are spread at sea.

I believe that's pretty much all there is .

There are no roses on a sailor's grave, No lilies on an ocean wave, The only tribute is the seagulls' sweeps, And the teardrops that a sweetheart weeps.
