Robert Troutwine, Ph.D. is an I/O psychologist who has worked with a great number of high profile corporations, including a number of college and professional athletic teams. He has developed the Toutwine Athletic Profile (TAP). I was considering using the measure. Has anyone had experience with the TAP? Is it useful and are its psychometric properties good?
