I really like this photo, but the people I've shown it to haven't liked it that much. Is there something I could have done to make it more interesting?

The dark jacket of the woman is like a bulls-eye smack dab in the middle of the shot. It distracts the eye from all of the detail surrounding it. Go back and take the shot again and wait for the people to finish crossing the street. Perhaps even show them waiting for the light on the far side so we can see their fa

The first thing I noticed, it that it seems to be backwards! look at the sign on top of the restaurant. I think that you should have been standing more to the left so that the woman's shoulder didn't line up with the edge of the building, and so that she wouldn't be right in the middle of the picture. -Gary Milner
