Taking My Leave for Now...

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

It's somehting I know deep down inside I should have done a month ago. Chuck's right...I looked at the calendar today and realized I have a ton of loose ends to tie up and not much time. You all have been a constant source of comfort, information and amusement to me and I am eternally grateful. This forum has been my lifeline in a trying time and I love you all for it.

Now on to finish the preps and make a special holiday season for my family. I'll be lurking from time to time and posting if something earth shattering happens :-). I WILL be back for the "Main Event".

God Bless and God Speed to you all. It's been an experience...

My fondest wishes,

Roland

I posted my last on Usenet the other day. I think getting out of Dodge is wise for whatever ones reason. This forum is so little known about that I feel I can safely post and chat for a bit. It's out of the way and out of sight.

I think one should be out of Dodge, including this forum, when the food shortages strike and until one has a chance to carefully evaluate the crises and populace reaction.

Ah Roland,...I understand. I've taken a few month-long or more breaks from the forum in the last 19 months. But you'll be missed.....Come back, or lurk cloaked when you can.

Be well,.......

You will definitely be missed, but good to know that you will be lurking now and then, and hopefully posting. Good luck to you.

Yours in the end times,

Roland, please don't forget to e-mail me. Let's shoot for first week in December and we'll do the Y2K tour--whole foods place, Big Lots, Thrift World!

Roland, If there is ever anything we can do, drop an e-mail. Take good care of yourself.

Best to you and yours,

BREATHE... relax and... enjoy!

Time-outs for "what's important" are the mark of a balanced human... being.

;-D

Lurk and prep well!

See you at the "Turning Point!"
