For those of you who missed it, Chicken Little did COURAGEOUS work rescuing animals during the devastating floods left by Floyd in NC. He braved snakes, polluted water, underwater obstacles, more rain and flash floods, disease, animal bites, and all manner of other nasty and dangerous things, all for people's pets and farm animals. He has my strong admiration for such bravery.

I don't agree with your take on Y2K, Chicken, but I LIKE you!

The question I fear arises; "what did the now suddenly" Mr. Chicken Little do to the fellow?

I am not in full knowledge of what has been done to this Chicken. But it must be untoward and unseemly, judging by the forum members' respondses. So I can only go by the information at hand. First and fore most! I do applaud his efforts at saving our lttle animal friends.

But then I fear I must ask for a further clarification of what this obvious Troll has done ( so that I can understand the out rage he (chicken) has). And why possibly the Chicken transfered part of his chigrin off on me at his post down stream..

Is it possible that the Chicken snapped at this "You" person, in much the same manner as he did me? If so, then Chicken has no sympathy coming from my nitche. And may very well have asked for what he got...

But do please clear up the mystery for me Mr. Chicken Because I don't particuarly like the Troll any way. But in the same breath sir...You do not excately elict much sympathy either.

Well Mr. Shakey,

I was reacting to the fact that "you@know.who" bombed the forum yesterday evening with multiple identical posts. They've been deleted now (all but one), so the evidence is gone. That's all. Nothing he did to ME in particular; but what he did to the forum. I just thought it was irresponsible. Whether I agree with the majority of the sentiments expressed here or not.

That's all. There are some things that most everybody can agree upon; blatant 'vandalism' being one of them.

If I snapped at you on another thread, I reckon it's because I perceived that you had snapped at me too -- that's the way it goes, huh. Guess we just have a personality clash, something like that. Such is life.

And I'm certainly not asking for your sympathy. Far from it.

And Ms. Git: thanks for the kind words. The things I did during the flood were done by a lot of other people too; sometimes things happen, and stuff just needs to be done. Somebody has to do it! Just wish I'd had more time then to do more.
