My understanding is that Glitchproof stopped operating last July or August. Jim Abel started it up to help people find food storage pails and accessories when they weren't readily available. It took up a lot of his time -- so when other suppliers showed up, he stopped running it.

I doubt your credit card was charged if you ordered in October.

The web site is still on line --http://www.glitchproof.com/

But it's completely changed. So far as I can see, only a software package is now offered for sale, either by download on on CD-Rom.

confirmed, Glitchproof is not selling anything anymore, except the software management package.

I seriously doubt Jim Abel would charge your credit card and not send you O2 absorbers.

If I was doing what he has been doing for the last year or more, I would have phased out of the "hard goods" prep market by now too. Too many last-minute preppers with questions interferes with local preps and real work as well.

At least he has uploaded his info files for you to peruse through (PDF). That info used to be sent out with orders only.
