This looked like a good forum to post this question... many years ago I encountered a simple team building game called Building Bridges. It involved teams negotiating and constructing a bridge using nothing but paper and tape. Each team member has a different blueprint of how to go about the task. The game demonstrates the relative negotiating power of individuals as well as the roles of compromise, and the differentiation of team goals versus individual goals. Does anyone recognise this game? I'm trying to track down its origin.
