My wife told me that yesterday at work someone asked her opinion about Y2K. She said that I spent a lot of time at TB2000 and they should come here and make up their own minds.

Tonight she called from work to tell me the lady had spent 6 hours reading here and after printing out many threads her husband became interested. So interested that he has taken today off from work to read all day.

If the Doomer opinion is correct this forum may have saved two more lives. And I have to say that with all the recent polly posts that those postings lack of validity probably help newbies to become Doomers.

Ditto that comment about God. God is not contained by any one person or group's concepts. He's not Sunday school. He cuts right through the crap and gives us what we require - healing grace or a slap in the face. Read the books, then put them down. Look into your heart and talk to God, because that's where you will find the Kingdom of Heaven.

"God" is a sound that we make, letters we type or write. The reality of the Supreme Being is greater than we can imagine. Experience it, surrender to it, and you will find that the problems you sought God's help with in the first place are not as significant as you imagined.
