WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 (UPI) _ Hundreds of U.S. government employees and their families will leave Russia and three other former Soviet republics before the end of the year to escape potential Y2K problems. The New York Times reported in its Monday editions that officials at the U.S. embassy in Moscow said there is little risk to diplomats if year-end computer problems occur but there could be disruptions in communications and electric service.
