Hi, I was just wondering if anyone out there in vcd land knows if its possable for me to get my hands on a copy of the 1978 release of The Lord Of The Rings.I know that it was discontinued on vhs a long while ago,but I was just wondering if it was ever released onto the vcd format. thanx spank.

Warner home video is coming out with a DVD version (with extras) by the end of the year to capitalize on the LOTR hype.
