I do volunteer work at a shelter in Orange county. Within a 24hr to 48 hr period 6 people who receive flu shots became ill, violent vomiting, diarrea and other symptoms. I told pastors son to immediately isolate them from the rest of the shelter population. others who got the flu shot are starting to not feel to good. Until we find out what is happening there dont get any flu shots. I will give an update post in a day or two when I talk to the nurses who will come out there tommorrow. If any one else has been having problems with the recent series flu shots please post. thanks.

My mom just got hers (and pneumonia too) last week and was "lousy feeling" for about 2-3 days. She was surprised, had never gotten body aches, headache, etc. from it. Still seems mild but she is pretty healthy usually and has had the flu vax multiple times before without any reaction. Maybe coincidence, maybe not. Am still planning on getting them (plus vax appropriate for going to third world country) but thanks for the heads up - will research it further.

Got my flu shot last week. It made my arm more sore than normal for a couple of days and a very light case of cough and sniffles but I seem to be recovering just fine. For me, it is a small price to pay to avoid getting the full-blown flu later.

I got a flu shot a month ago with no ill effects whatsoever. The ones who react are those people who are allergic to eggs.It has something to do with the way they make the vaccine by using chicken eggs. The only other explanation is that the vaccine is contaminated, or as others surmised, y2kaware mike is a TROLL.

Hubby had his shot 10 days ago, had a sore arm for a few days, complained of sore muscles for a few days, today he is off work with the flu. This can be very serious because he also has asthma, so it's off to the doctor. He works for the Fed. Gov., takes the train to work, works around people who s/stay home when they are sick, instead of spreading it around to everyone else. At work, I have talked to numerous people during the past week who are deathly sick on the phone, and still work. Go figure!

As to the other medical information, yes some have died, a lot, and a lot of folks over the years have also gotten ill and died from various shots, too. In fact, as an anecdotal aside, more folks die from mistreatment, misdiagnosis and treatment from western medical docs every year than from car wrecks and gunshots combined-a little reported about and most embarrassing little feature of the AMA/big bro/big biz drug cartel, and I really mean CARTEL. So there, pill pusher..... p.s. I'm not against western medicine per se, it has a lot of good in it, I'm against the collusion between big money and the government as regards cheap and effective preventative and healing methods and how they are classed as "quackery" by the pharmacetical cartel's government lapdogs and the quasi-governmental AMA. If they can't get a patent and a monopoly on it, then it just can't work is their creed. Phooie. I also am highly suspicious of their motives this particular year, and I still stand by my "government as terrorist" stance, and am of the opinion that the Great Population Cull is coming. It just ain't so in most cases. Some exceptions, but I stand by my beliefs in that regard. Go ahead, get a shot with weakened pathogens, I won't, and certainly not this year. The fix is in. the AMA used to swear up and down that no one needed vitamin supplements, they claimed that millions of folks who got significant pain relief through chiropracty where delusional, they claimed that there wasn't anything to any sort of herbal treatment or oriental disciplines, etc. well, they were wrong, and are still wrong, and they also do what bigbro sez, and I DON'T TRUST THEM. Liars.

y2k aware mike is no troll. Vaccinations are a serious health concern any time, but especially when there are lots of reactions percolating into our awareness. Never expect to see this problem reported in the mainstream media until it's officially denied.

One of my doctors has mentioned at my last visit that she will be giving this shot to all her patients. She especially recommends it for me because of some other drugs that I'm on. I still don't know if I will take it.

Another consideration is that we may be more inclined, this winter, to be hunkered down indoors, with additional family members and maybe strangers. Many that we come into contact with may be weakened by early stages of famine. It's a tough call.

Anyone who is undecided regarding whether or not to receive a vaccination would be well advised to research mortality statistics - specifically the number of individuals who fell ill with a given disease in spite of a vaccination for said disease. I think you will be quite surprised at the high numbers of those vaccinated who still fell prey to the very disease from which the vaccine promised immunity. In addition, it is my opinion that many diseases that have allegedly been wiped out by vaccines may actually have subsided as a result of better personal and public health measures.

I received the flu vaccine at an Army hospital on October 31, 1995. On January 10, 1996, less than three months later, I came down with the flu so bad I was flat on my back for more than a week. The first 48 hours I drifted in and out of consciousness, not even aware of what day it was. All I noticed was whether it was night or day based on the light in the room. Hubby had to take off work to take care of me and I missed a week of work, as well. I ACHED so bad it scared the bejeevies outta me. First couple of days could barely raise my head. Hubby finally got me into see the dr, he confirmed it was the influenza virus. I asked HOW? He said very strong strain going around, vaccine didn't protect against this new strain. Sheesh. Recovery was long and slow and I am a pretty healthy gal. Felt like an 89 year old lady when I first got to get up and walk around again. I NEVER want to be that sick again. I wasn't afraid I was going to die, I was afraid I WASN'T going to die. And I have been through some pretty bad medical nightmares.

Haven't had the flu vaccine since that year. Haven't gotten the flu either. But I just think that is luck. Every year in October we start taking Echinacea and Goldenseal (herbal supplements that boost the immune system) with our daily multivitamins and drink GOBS of orange juice, not from concentrate.

Haven't gotten the flu vaccine this year--and still undecided as to whether I should. Sure didn't help me in 1995.

I've never had a flu shot in my life. Maybe every three or four years I'll actually get the flu and I'll be sick for a week to ten days. Big deal. I'm firmly of the belief "that which does not destroy me makes me stronger". Now for little kids or the elderly (or those with weakend immune systems) it might make sense, but if you're a relatively healthy adult, why bother?

I'm not against vaccinations per se, just those that I don't see as really doing me any good...

Got my flu shot about 3 weeks ago--no problem other than soreness at the injection site. Low-grade fever and muscle aches are common side effects of many vaccines including influenza vaccine. These usually subside after 2-3 days, but may last longer for some people. The flu vaccine takes about 14 days to establish immunity (not 100%) for that particular strain(s). Because there are many strains of influenza in the environment it is possible to contract a strain not covered by the vaccine. If you were exposed to influenza prior to vaccination or if exposed during that 14 day period you could easily contract the flu.

Violent vomiting and diarrhea are not common side effects of flu vaccine and should be reported as stated above. It could be an allergic reaction -- the flu vaccine being given now is a killed strain cultured in chicken eggs and people allergic to eggs could react to it. Severe allergic reactions usually occur within minutes after exposure to the allergen--milder reactions may take several hours.

It could also be a viral gastroenteritis (stomach flu) which is also making the rounds right now. If the shelter provides food, you may want to check out the kitchen and food handlers--it could be food poisoning.

The flu shot usally is awsome. But this year my daughter and I got bad flu like symptoms about three days after getting the shot. Conicidence? I have no idea. But i don't have time to be sick. I know nothing about how vaccines are made. Is it possible not all the virus in the vaccine were killed? I know many people in our area who have experienced the same reaction.

I bred short haired exotic kitties for a long time. They are like persions with flat faces (with weaker immune systems than some other kitties). Whenever I gave the killed injectable vaccines 1/3 of all my kittens would die. I switched to the modified live and had zero deaths from colds/wasting/illness following vaccination and for the months or years afterward that they were in my care. I have heard similar stories from breeder friends as well. Vaccines are tested for safety in animals first... so why don't they tell anyone they shouldn't be given to immune compromised, those with illnesses already (who are obviously immune compromised or they wouldn't have illnesses to begin with)?

Here's a litle bit of my child's story-

I'm pressured from my son's pediatrician to give the flu shot 11/2003. My child has been ill for over 2-1/2 years. they didn't properly test him and have instead of testing for the obvious (food intolerances and metabolic disorders like what's on his genetic deletion thta they all love to ignore) they put him on high fat diets after he had chylothorax and wasn't supposed to be on fats, has been presenting with vomiting like when you are unable to digest a food, and he can't gain weight like even on 5,000 calories a day is still onlt 30lbs at 43'' tall... but they put him on acid blockers and drugs to further block his ability to digest things. This caused severe dementia, self abuse, pain, sleeplessness, weight loss, dialated pupils. They said... "Oh, he's fine... here's another prescription to add to the rest." I found out through radiology from requesting records (which they sent to me woefully incomplete) he has several conditions I was never told about, like a globular heart, heart disease, liver and other problems.

Well, within the day he was given the flu shot 11/2004, he got very sick. By day 2 he had 106.5 fever and double pneumonia, hositalized for a week, ill for weeks. The next radiologist's report the begining of January showed airway disease. In all the xrays he's had in over 2 years (averaging 6 xrays every 6-10 weeks) he just happened to develop airway disease after a month of getting the flu shot. Did the pediatrician report his response to the vaccine? No. She instead told me to give him another, that he needs another flu shot. I asked her why? To kill him? He already had the flu. So, if I'm right, he wouldn't need the shot and it might kill him considering I'm telling you he DID have a bad reaction to the shot. It WAS DEFINITELY the shot. Why would you want to give it again!!? She said he should have another and left it at that.

I don't think it's coincidence. Neither do I feel it is coincidence that we went to a specialist who left the AMA and is practicing prvately who tested Daniel for many things. He tested possitive for high Rubella IgG and has been having chronic rashes. He stopped talking after the childhood MMR vaccine.

On top of all of this, from my medical research, antibiotics kill the eukaryotic cells in your body which is what my child's genetic deletion deals with are the eukaryotic genes (feel free to email me for links to university studies over 10 years long and an exellent article form a professor called "Immuno Fairy-Tales" ). By the time you're done with all the drugs they put you on, you're deleted in the genes that help you fight off these diseases in the first place. If you had a partial or whole deletion like my child, you now are even more immune compromised. My child can no longer take in food and digest it. It comes out whole. I stopped him from the last drugs that were killing him and while I have through health and blood testing, kept my child out of the hospital for over 4 months, he isn't the same little man he was before he started over 2 years ago. He cannot gain weight and he looks younger than before the illnesses came on him. He now has aspergillus, the very thing one of my medical documents says people can get after being on the antiviral,proton pump inhibitors.

Immune deficiency syndrome is the new plague killing us off. Vaccines, antibiotics, antimicrobials (made from pesticides, and other drugs like tylnol which causes miscarriage, preeclampsia, leukemia, cancer, immune problems, and kidney liver damage due to it bonding with the glutathione in the liver which helps you fight off disease. Then it dumps it in the brain and can cause alzheimers. Drugs are bad. Natura has given us cures- we just trust the doctors and let them slowly kill us for the few moments of pleasure we derive from their drugs.
