I am a swimming coach, and a new student to biomechanics. If anyone has any infomation on a mechanical analysis of breastroke, it would help me out quite a bit in completely understanding what I am coaching. I have been a competitive swimmer for 14 years, and breastroke being my best stoke--I have never really fully comprehended the mechanical analysis in explaining to my young swimmers. Any help would be greatly apreciated!
