Isn't Koskinen supposed to make some special annoucement in October? Probably relating to contingency plans? I remember hearing this in a few places.

Seems alot of "awareness" was supposed to be surfacing this month but I dont see it. Local governments were/are targetting October for Y2k announcements but I have only heard of a few. Here on Long Island its business as usual.
