On New Years Eve in Times Square tie Bill Gates and Bill Clinton naked to the descending orb. Rig it so it will plummet to the concrete if there is a Y2k power outage ANYWHERE on the grid.

Hmmm...I like this. Just a couple of minor details...If I was in one of those "local" regions that experiences power failures, Iwould not get to see the finale. Second, I would pay good money (or gold) NOT to see either of those Bills nekkid :-O
