Info and value of Haviland set of china

We have also inhrited a set of Theodore Haviland china that bears the markings "Theodore Haviland New York" inside a cloud with the below notation "made in America" and Berkeley (the style). My understanding is that this china was made only in France except for a brief period during one of the World Wars. I would be most interested in any information on this china and its approximate value. It is a set of 12 settings with a number of serving pieces.
