Anybody remember what the date is that the Oil companies start distributing the winterized gasolines (with the extra additives for vaporization in cold weather)? I'm ready to start filling my 55 gallon drums with motion lotion, but would like to nail the latest brew before I add the extender and cap 'em off!

I've got an RVP/OXY map at work, I'll look at it tommorrow and post here. Most have begun the switch though it varies by region and in some cases by city. Where r u from? What region?
