The NWC stuff is very old, we kicked it around several months ago. Actually we are waiting for the final report. Dont know why Gary is doing the Naval War College stuff now.

Well, I just followed through the links, they are still active at the Navy. Nowhere was there any message that said, "This material is obsolete, navigate to xxxxx for current info".

Don't blame North for "old garbage", that to all appearances claims to be the "latest and greatest" that our benevolent government has to offer. Especially if you cannot point to any "new garbage" to supercede it.

Keep in mind also that North must accomodate new readers also. Not everyone who visits his site has been keeping up with y2k 24/7/365.

I have some old links for the NWC and they didn't look like this. This stuff is new to me at least.

Actually I find the tone and content of these pages reassuring to some degree. It makes me think that if there is military involvement it will be well thought out instead of destructive. Call me naive, there are worse things to be.
