Bill Clinton's "Third Term"

Sean David Morton is a futurologist. He says he can predict the future.

Morton, no doubt, has many friends in Hollywood that like such new age stuff. A NewsMax reader sent us a copy of Morton's The Delphi Associates Newsletter. The following caught Inside Cover's eye:

"I have now heard confirmation from three different sources who are very close to the Clintons that Bill has no intention of leaving the White House! At first I thought it was just right-wing paranoia. But a powerful woman friend of mine in entertainment (who must remain nameless!), who is a friend of Hillary's 'special friends,' was at the White House recently for a holiday. She said that Clinton spoke openly about finding a way to circumvent the Congress and the Constitution and find a way to stay on for another term, or stay president indefinitely. Incredulously, she asked how he was going to swing this feat of magic, and she said he got the most chilling, evil, demonic look in his eye that she had ever seen come from a human being, and he said, 'World War III.'"

"This same story I heard from my lady friend, and another relation of the Clintons, was recently confirmed in an article by Ralph Forbes. It seems Clinton has been running this scheme past a number of his inner circle, and is actively seeking ways to implement his goal."

I'm not sure what the point is, posting something this patently absurd. Is it some polly troll ploy, hoping it gets ignored so they can then make the claim that this means the forum believed and acepted it?

-- Peter Errington (petere@ricochet.net), August 30, 1999.

not that i know andy or anything and of course, it is totally OT but i, as a relatively sane person, see the potential for this. its been done before. bc wants to be a world ruler, you can see him jockeying for it--you could see it intensify at the time of the impeachment with his call to develop a new economical model that would take us into the 21st century.

-- tt (cuddluppy@yahoo.com), August 30, 1999.

funny you should say that tt,

from the koskinen interview thread

Paula, this is what you said,

"The President and Mr. Koskinen appear to have based their efforts on a partial definition of the problem. They have neglected or failed to comprehend the serious threats posed by malfunctioning embedded systems along with connectivity and interdependency issues. They have not focused their efforts first and foremost on protecting and preserving the public interest."

The question one has to ask is WHY?

Neither of them are dumb... what does this say to you, in light of the fact that Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand - even the German Intelligence Service - are being quite open about disruptions/potential severity/martial law situations...

Again... WHY?

I could give you a host of reasons, but let's just use Occams' Razor.

Clinton wants, above all else, POWER.

He and his puppet-masters see an opportunity to CONSOLIDATE a POWER GRAB.

FEMA and the EO's are all in place - the military have been preparing and practising urban warfare, the Militias are well infiltrated, the markets are being positioned for a crash, gold is being manipulated down so that people do not WANT this "barbarous relic"...

Paula - you are a researcher - why don't you follow up on my research - do yourself a favour...

Elections - year 2000 - not gonna happen if Clinton declares martial law... the signs are there for all to see...

Comments Paula???

-- Andy (2000EOD@prodigy.net), August 30, 1999.

BTW Peter ERR ington,

quit being the forim censor will ya - this is eminently on topic you cloth eared fool...

thank you Mumsie

-- Andy (2000EOD@prodigy.net), August 30, 1999.

To Andy:

Point 1: To criticize is not the same as censoring. A fine point, I know, but one that should be kept in mind. Actually this is one thread that should definitely not be deleted IMHO.

Point 2: Now you strike me as someone who looks for clues, looks beneath the surface appearance of things, who prides himself on the ability to tell when something is just "not right".

So consider this: Supposedly we have a President who is a) halfway intelligent, and b) openly discusses his plans for starting WW III with strangers. Does it not seem to you that there is something a bit odd in Mumsie's story?

-- Peter Errington (petere@ricochet.net), August 30, 1999.

No.

-- Andy (2000EOD@prodigy.net), August 30, 1999.

Ya gotta love it when the geniuses of the Tinfoil brigade put their mighty craniums together - martial law, alien abductions, poison contrails and now "demonic" Bill. Who said comedy was dead?

-- Y2K Pro (y2kpro1@hotmail.com), August 30, 1999.

Nice try pro, you've lobbed in a few whacky terms to marginalise truth-seekers, why not throw in some more - communist, pinko, lesbo, pagan, devil-worshiping, doomer, teotwaki, nutzoid, etc. etc.

Lame, pro, very lame.

We're talking about a president who has a history of abusing and raping women, two or three in england while on his Rhodes scholarship (whereby BTW he swore allegiance to the Queen!), of dodging the draft, of organising anti-war demonstrations after dodging the draft, after disappearing alone for several weeks behind the iron curtain 9ever see the manchurian candidadte?), of doing coke and getting bjobs in the oral office, of lying repeatedly on teevee during his IMPEACHMENT trial, of multiple shenanigans to do with money laundering, drug running, not to mention offing all those on the boot hill body count, of selling out to china, of standing down our first response nukes on us soil, of allowing china to take over the panama canal and the port of LA...

etc.

etc.

etc.

Of course y2k pro - THIS IS YOUR KINDA GUY - yeah?

Asshole.

-- Andy (2000EOD@prodigy.net), August 30, 1999.

No one ever accused poor ol' Andy of being cerebral, but his litany of fruitcake accusations are (unknowingly to him) knee-slapping fun. More proof the Tinfoils have gone completely off the rails

I especially love the one about the Chinese taking over the LA port. Here's another prediction from one of Andy's friends:

It won't matter because there is a killer meteor called Bolide that will hit us June 30th thereabout. June 29th will be my last post.

-- KoFE (your@town.USA), June 12, 1999.

-- Y2K Pro (y2kpro1@hotmail.com), August 30, 1999.

-- Mr. Clean (tag@cleaner.s), August 30, 1999.

Bill--Demonic?!? NO that can't be. That's true tinfoil.

[sarcasm off]

-- CygnusXI (noburnt@toast.net), August 30, 1999.

Pro - you're showing your supreme ignorance again - you obviously don't know what's going on in Long Beach...

BTW Kofe was joking but you're too thick to realise it :)

-- Andy (2000EOD@prodigy.net), August 30, 1999.

Mumsie:

Thanks for this post. This is not only possible, it's probable! Thinking about it gives me a knot in my stomach. So, if y2k doesn't create the chaos he wants, he'll just create another war. Evil personified.

-- Scarlett (creolady@aol.com), August 30, 1999.

It won't matter how many times you tell the rank amateur I was kidding; he aint gonna let go. I heard an interview with this guy, Sean David Morton about one year ago, and he was predicting that Clinton would resign due to a stress related illness; I don't doubt that Clinton is a sociopath, but this particular story seems to have several rumors mixed into one. However, I wouldn't put anything past our criminal-in-chief.(And you can quote me Y2KDickhead)

-- KoFE (your@town.USA), August 30, 1999.

"So consider this: Supposedly we have a President who is a) halfway intelligent, and b) openly discusses his plans for starting WW III with strangers. Does it not seem to you that there is something a bit odd in Mumsie's story? "

When Clinton gave his deposition in the Lewinsky case, he told the Grand jury that he KNEW this affair would become public AS HE WAS DOING IT! I am not surprised he would let something like that slip. His personal judgement is nonexistent, he is not a mature adult. However he knows quite well how to play the electorate for suckers. He could enthrone himself and still get %60 ratings.

If he does this, there will be a civil war in America. He knows this, too.

We have always shaken our heads at foreign dictatorships. How could those people over in Country X let such and evil SOB as (fill in the blank) take over and ruin their country? Well, watch what is happening here and you will understand how it happens Over There.

I feel sorry in advance for those who will fight for our freedom. They and their families will be murdered and destroyed if Billyboy does his thing.

-- Forrest Covington (theforrest@mindspring.com), August 30, 1999.

Absolutely Forrest. As a matter of fact, growing up in the 60's and 70's, I was always fascinated by the skilled ability of communist countries to 'spin, twist and feed' propoganda to their sheeple. I could never understand how anyone with half a brain could have fallen for it. Then Bill Clinton was actually elected (twice for godsake?)

I would put NOTHING past this scum, or the citizens of this country who have abandoned ALL reason. WJC may discover WWIII in his own front yard.

-- Will continue (farming@home.com), August 30, 1999.

BLAH blah blah

-- (1@1.1), August 30, 1999.

This doesn't surprise me in the least. Still, Y2K will pretty much put the kibosh on any plans for a WWIII. It's hard to declare war when most of your country is dead.

-- (its@coming.soon), August 30, 1999.

Andy and his sympathizers show the truth in the old saying as to how opinions are like bellybuttons: Everybody has one, and some of them are really far out.

And don't anyone think that I'm a supporter of Bill Clinton. For an excellent account of what a lying pigmy he is, I recommend a book I just finished, "The Corruption of American Politics" by Elizabeth Drew.

-- Peter Errington (petere@ricochet.net), August 30, 1999.

You people have lost your minds.

I suppose that the entire citizenry of the United States, including the rabid mouthed enemies of Bill, will just roll over while he elects himself King for life. Right.

Please go out and get some air, you've been at the keyboard TOO long. Andy, this does not apply to you, you are hopeless.

-- Uncle Deedah (unkeed@yahoo.com), August 30, 1999.

The chances that the Republicans, the military or the citizenry (taken as a whole) would sit still for Clinton to have a "third term", even if Y2K = TEOTWAWKI is zero. That is a red herring. Believe me, there are plenty of possible "real" conspiracies without throwing that one in. TPTB globally (and I don't mean Clinton) are through with him. He served his purpose in the overall scheme of things and is now reduced to buffoonery. And playing golf.

-- BigDog (BigDog@duffer.com), August 30, 1999.

Perhaps he has reason to believe that others will start world war III. It wouldn't surprise me at all if several of our enemies made a move at the same time. Possible participants would be Russia, Serbia, Iraq, Iran, Syria, N. Korea, China, Bin Ladin, etc. They might not attack the US mainland initially, but the US would be drawn into it because we have forces in Saudia Arabia, Kuwait, S. Korea and Kosovo.

Could the following report be true?

Joseph de Courcy, editor of the well-respected "Intelligence Digest," says in a mailing delivered to subscribers this week: "While NATO congratulates itself on bombing the Serbs into submission, Israel's Mossad and other Middle Eastern intelligence sources have discovered that Kosovo was one humiliation too many for Russia. Now Moscow has agreed to back Saddam's secret plan of revenge. With this all-important Russian backing, Saddam is joining with hated Iran and Syria to launch one final war against Israel. Amazingly, Saddam will allow Iranian troops to cross Iraqi territory to join the attack on Israel. And to keep America from interfering, Moscow has given Osama bin Laden and other terrorists the means to attack American population centers with weapons of mass destruction. The threat is real...and the implications terrifying..."

-- Dave (dannco@hotmail.com), August 30, 1999.

I seriuosly doubt it would be presented to the frightened and possibly paniced citizens as a third term, BD. Remember, if we're dealing with a national....no.....world-wide crisis and elections are not a realistic option at the moment, an emergency level of 'leadership' will be essential. I'm sure we can all count on president Bill to fill this unavoidable role.

Your suggestion that ALL military (and law enforcement personnel) as well as ALL citizens allowing this to happen, being highly unlikely is correct. If faced with this possible scenerio, reactions and the results of them could indeed escalate to the point of enormous power plays (civil war? military coups?). The question being, just how badly would Clinton and his supporters want to remain in power (republicans included. They've turned their backs and allowed him to rule freely. They most *certainly* are not without guilt in his plethora of crimes as well as some of their own)

I think it would be naive to dismiss this as a possibility. Examine the man, his known actions, INactions and agenda. History certainly will.

-- Will continue (farming@home.com), August 30, 1999.

for the last few years, when friends have asked me about impeachement, or election 2000, my response has been the same, "Klinton will leave the White House only two ways, feet first or head first, he will not leave in a vertical position."

-- chicken farmer (chicken-farmer@ y2k.farm), August 30, 1999.

If you honestly believe Republicans would ride in (like John Wayne) to the rescue, I can certainly see how you might dismiss this possibility. They've done a pretty piss poor job of protecting this country's constitution to date...........plenty of worms in that party as well. GW Bush wants to raise the legal age to own a gun to 21? What an ignorant woosie!

-- Will continue (farming@home.com), August 30, 1999.

"Does it not seem to you that there is something a bit odd in Mumsie's story?"

A bit of a stretch to call it my story since I did not write it.

The article lets you know right off the top that the guy quoted is a futurologist. It does not say that he "saw" into the future that Bill would have a third term, rather that he "heard" these things from people.

Do I believe Clinton is dumb enough to discuss these things? Ask another question, .... could I believe that he has grown arrogant enough to discuss these things?

I agree with Big Dog about the powers that be. Flame me, but while he was still in his first term, I told my husband I expected him to be elected again, but would not be surprised to hear he was assassinated one day. When his usefulness is depleted, and even the TPTB are tired of dealing with the bimbo factor, .... well, wouldn't the grieving widow factor make a nice asset for a political platform? Maybe she will go down in flames with him. On the other hand, I would not count him out just yet. Study past and present dictators and their personality traits. Remember Vince Foster? They were friends since childhood. Like that mattered. Will is right about the successful use of propoganda. If you think Americans are too smart for that, study the manipulated and declining test scores for the public schools, and check the actual literacy rates for high school students across the country. How many hours of watching TV versus reading for the average citizen? Ask the next ten people you meet how many books they have read in the last month, then ask them what their favorite show is.

As to credibility, Chris Ruddy is respected among even liberal journalists. You know what I like about good journalists? They report something and leave you to draw your own conclusions. That's all this story is. Another piece to the puzzle. Keep laying them out on the table and keep watching.

-- Mumsie (Shezdremn@aol.com), August 30, 1999.

Will --- Many of the junior PTB have certainly already proven that they can "live" with Clinton. And I don't doubt that various Y2K scenarios could lead him to "explore" certain options. But there are undoubtedly tens of millions of Americans who would oppose any continuation of Clinton in power in the most strenuous possible way. Tens of millions. There are easier ways to various goals than propping Clinton up -- in fact, either Gore or G.W. are likely to prove at least as malleable.

-- BigDog (BigDog@duffer.com), August 30, 1999.

Let me put this another way. Bill is of more use, after a few years of "rehabilitating" his reputation, as a player on the "world scene" than he would be by shattering what is left of the public face of the American experiment.

-- BigDog (BigDog@duffer.com), August 30, 1999.

Big Dog :

Are we going to assume elections will be possible? What if this option is not available? Perhaps I didn't make myself understood.

Tens of millions refusing this scenerio leaves how many others who would 'support' or 'allow' it to stand? Those willing to allow it are as dangerous as the supporters. What is our population, 250 million? I don't care for the odds. :(

-- Will continue (farming@home.com), August 30, 1999.

Larry Nichols, Bill's old crony, has always maintained that Klinton would not leave after two terms if he could avoid it.

The Arkansas constitution was changed in a borderline illegal way, to allow him a third term as governor. Today I heard it reported that Barney Frank has introduced legislation to allow presidents to run for a third term.

A possible progression: third term legislation 1. passes; he runs. 2. fails GO TO: martial law.

He runs and 1. wins; his title changes to President-for-Life Klinton. 2. loses; WW3 BTW, WJC has more real power as prez than in any international org. so far.

-- Gypsy (GypsiGold@aol.com), August 30, 1999.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Forgive inevitable mispellings. I have long lurked on this interesting Y2K site. Italy is toast so I need say little about Y2K.

I find your puritannical hatred of Bill Clinton truly interesting. The man may have lies about getting a blow job...but how many of you went around trumpeting your sexual indiscretions in your place of work.

The fact that DOLE is selling Viagra on TV commercials seems quite as embarassing and indicates the real source of the HATE campaign against Clinton.

Domestically Clinton has governed during the greatest economic boom the US has ever seen,,,,so he lied,,,but did you ever lie?

What about when you made a pass at a girl in achool or went in the bushes with someone.

Since the time of Boccaccio we italians have lived a double life and took care of our sins on sunday confession secretly....poor Bill confessed in public and said "mea culpa" a thousand times...but you protestants like to do it in the closet and forget history.

King solomon had 1000 wives and yet he committed adultery with the queen of Sheeba. Yet you protestants still honor his biblical presence in the Song of Solomon, King David caused the death of a husband to grab nis wiufe yet you still cnsider David's Psalms as divine inspiration.

Bill is quite slick, but he has been fair to minorities, you fellows and ladies never mention the abuse of Hawaii, Bill was the first president to insist on a full apology and if the power of corporations were not the real power behind the congress he would have asked for reparation and Hawaiian self determination. But you protestants gave the hawaiians a bible and took all their land and stole the kingdom.

Are you ever ashamed?

Bill has had to walk a tight rope to get Jews and Palestinians to get ahead in the peace process. Bill said the air campaign would win in Kosovo and he was right, there were no body bags flying home. You should thank him for that. The fact that he caved in to repubicans over welfare is a point against Bill ...politics came ahead of compassion there. His Y2K posture is definitely lacking in leadership....but if he moved on that one the banks would have him killed. Banks own the world...he know it he would need become a dictator with absolute powers to control the CABAL he is not in a position for that. Americans like him because he is exactly like most americans, smooth, smart, not totally sincere because in Washington that is suicide.

Most of you Clinton haters are calumnious and envious ... he avoided being in the draft because like any smart young man in the sixties he preferred a Yellow Submarine and hated to be cannon fodder to protect the oil interests of fat texas oil men and international bankers.

Give the man abreak....I hope he stays in during Y2K because he can manouver around the thousand Washington turkeys.

Romano

-- Romano (Roman@Rome.Eternal), August 31, 1999.

To Romano:

You have fallen for the Clintonites' line that he just lied about sex. In fact he's lied about everything under the sun, and for years before the era of Monica. One example: His cowardly lying has basically freed up Saddam Hussein (forget air strikes against him, they are just to reassure people in this country). Does the name Scott Ritter mean anything to you?

-- Peter Errington (petere@ricochet.net), August 31, 1999.

Oh brother.......

Uhhhhhhh, welcome to America. Are you staying in the Lincoln bedroom?

-- Will continue (farming@home.com), August 31, 1999.

People in this world are shades of evil or shades of good--Those are the two choices.

Bill is evil, that's IT! One example(too many to list all). Do you remember when the bill banning so called "partial birth" abortions was in front of Bill's desk for signing/veto? I do. Do you remember what he gave as the reason for VETOING it? I do. He said, and I'm paraphrasing: "After long prayerfull time I came to this decision...blah blah, yada yada.."

Just who the funk was he praying to, to come up with that??!?! No matter what religion you may be, I highly doubt that the God you pray to would tell you to do THAT! People have a macabe tendacy to ignore all a so called "leader" does as long as they've got a job and are doin' O'tay.

That's how Hitler ended up with such a following. Be carefull. I'm not calling BJC Hitler, but I do think they are/were both "inspired" by the same source(god of the underworld perhap's?). Truth hurts.

Do NOT underestimate him!

-- CygnusXI (noburnt@toast.net), August 31, 1999.

To those who think Clinton could never serve a third term -

Didn't you ever wonder where they found the 60% who wanted him to stay in office? Have you ever met anyone who thought he should have remained in office? Can't you visualize a 60% vote for him for a third term? He committed perjury. We all know that. He was not convicted of perjury in a court of law, but he should have been. Perjury is a felony. By law, a felon cannot hold the office of President.

-- Valkyrie (anon@please.net), August 31, 1999.

If you remove the "n" from Romano, you get Moron. It works.

-- Vic (Rdrunner@internetwork.net), August 31, 1999.

Really? I get "moroa".

-- (uh@huh.huh), August 31, 1999.

Should have said remove the a.

-- Vic (Rdrunner@internetwork.net), August 31, 1999.

Re BC 3d term...

I've been publicly advocating to citizens that:

1. Pre-Y2K: Organize--at some level--by _Voter Precinct_ to preserve the continuity of the electoral process. The votes and results may be somewhat slower, but the intengrity of U.S. political process preserved! A social, psychological, and U.S. Constitutional imperative!!

2. Post-Y2K: Keep a copy of the U.S. Constitution close at hand! Read it! Understand it! And--above all--use it!

We'll avoid political chaos! 'Nough said!?!
