Clinton answers the cocaine question

President denies ever using drug, but has no advice for Bush

MSNBC STAFF AND WIRE REPORTS

WASHINGTON, Aug. 24 President Bill Clinton will not take a position on whether Texas Gov. George W. Bush should state whether he ever used cocaine, but the president never used the illegal drug himself, the White House said Tuesday. The president has never done cocaine. That applies to his entire life, said Jim Kennedy, a White House spokesman in Washington.

Clinton has a conk like a hoover on 340 volts...

Hoover had a big cock?

and who knew that it was rated at 340 volts?

Clinton is such a scum. He has now completely turned America's morals upside down. Bush should come out and say, yes I snorted mountains of coke. I looked like the freaking Himalaya's for a few years, and I'm telling the truth unlike some other people around here. I'm sorry i did it, and I don't do it now. But at least I'm honest.

I mean, does anyone believe Clinton doesnt grab every boob within arms reach? Hell, he lied to the "American People" point blank and his freaking job rating went up. The American People are worthless at this point.

I think Bush may have screwed himself. Although I don't hold his past drug use against him, I think his progression of

Not gonna answer personal questions

Not gonna answer personal questions over 7 years ago

Not gonna answer personal questions over 15 years ago

Not gonna answer personal questions over 25 years ago...and THAT'S FINAL

may look more incriminating than "I smoked, but didn't inhale". IMHO, he will eventually have to come clean and admit that he used cocaine.

Why do you assune he dousn't snort it now?

-- Bush and Clinton (birds@ofA.feather), August 24, 1999.

"Bill Clinton would have played the Jew's harp stark naked on 60 minutes if he thought it would help him get elected. He is the Willy Loman of Generation X, a traveling salesman from Arkansas who has the loyalty of a lizard with its tail broken off and the midnight taste of a man who'd double date with the Rev. Jimmy Swaggart."

Hunter S. Thompson, Better Than Sex

Saying nothing is better than lying, morally, but politically it may be fatal. Politics is all about lies. He would be better off if he played the game. Honestly, I'm very concerned about Bush Jr.'s anointing as the GOP's choice. I don't like it a bit, and I'll most likely vote third party if they follow rationality over power which they normally do.

It's a foregone conclusion.

They always get their way.

Bush Jr. will be el presidente...

Andy,

Don't discount the media's ability to skew thing so far away from reality that anything is possible. Of course, it there is a 2000 election, I'll be happy.

-- dgi (dgi@fake.ing), August 24, 1999.

I Disagree,...I'm hoping Forbes will be scuttled into the forefront now. I didn't care too much for Jr. anyhow.

If Gore or Bradley becomes president, I'm going to move to the far Northern reachs of Manitoba, in some little log cabin, and just pretend Y2K really happened anyhow. Don't want no part of THAT!

-- kritter (kritter@adelphia.net), August 24, 1999.

I know this will come as a shock to most...I, b, am an agreement with *choke* "a". *waits for the shock of the crowd to die down* I really could give two hoots less about if Jr. used coke, but he royally screwed himself by the manner he answered the question. It became akin to watching a train disrail.

And Kritter...if Gore becomes President, save me some room in your cabin.

-- b (b@b.b), August 24, 1999.

Despite the best hopes of the "right wing," I fully believe that Gore will win an election, if there is one. The general population is duped. Most people think that welfare is kindness, not condesention.

Most people believe that banning asault rifles will help prevent crime, despite the fact that an extraordinarily small amount are used in crimes. For example, the Steyr AUG was banned despite the fact that they had never been used in a crime in the U.S. That doesn't matter though, the gun was in the movie Die Hard.

Frankly, fiction has more of an impact on laws than fact.

I'm the thread killer. Will consider requests.

USING cocaine? Wasn't the Bush clan implicated in RUNNING cocaine, i.e., the Iran-Contra-CIA-drugs-arms treason? Haven't the Bushes and the CIA been running drugs for 50 years? Isn't this one of the Bushes' family businesses?

-- disgusted (disgusted@withthewhole.scene), August 25, 1999.

disgusted,

Do I really need to mention that friendly little M word, you know that little airport in Arkansas??? The drug trade is everyone's business. Anyone who thinks any of our two parties are clean is just plain silly.

-- dgi (dgi@fake.ing), August 25, 1999.

dgi, what do you MENA by that? :)

disgusted, yep, the Bushes have a long, corrupt, shocking history. That's why it's so important the junior takes over the reigns (!) from their buddy billy jeff...

-- Andy (2000EOD@prodigy.net), August 25, 1999.

You can't seriously consider that Gore might actually get elected. Wasn't he the one who made exagerated claims about being the father of the internet; lied about growing up on a farm, etc. The man has no concept of reality. He is even clueless as to who he is and where he's been.

-- marsh (armstrng@sisqtel.net), August 25, 1999.

Im right there with you Kritter..

-- grinche (Light_servant@yahoo.com), August 25, 1999.

Klinton is President for Life, get used to the idea.

-- Porky (Porky@in.cellblockD), August 25, 1999.

All the foregoing has exactly what to do with this forum?

-- Tom Carey (tomcarey@mindspring.com), August 25, 1999.

Tom it means our elected official(s) are more interested in blow-jobs and hoovering than in tackling y2k.
