WARNING! This sit is controlled by Big Brother New World Order Republicans.

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

I just submitted an OT post commenting on the recent news about our coke-snorting Republican candidate for President "Dubya" Bush. There was no profanity, but it was immediately deleted, before there was even a vote to do so. It was obviously deleted by a Bush supporter and you should all be warned that this is the kind of world that the Republicans plan to force upon us. They will allow you no freedom, and you are probably putting yourselves at risk by posting anything contradictory to the Bush New World Order agenda, as they usually achieve their objective through aggressive criminal and corrupt methods. You'll have to find somewhere else to speak your mind, but be warned, these places are becoming hard to find.

The vanishing post was quite simple.

While I have ZERO problem with that type of discussion in a barroom, where all SORTS of slanderous things get said and nobody manages to capitalize on the actionable wording, because nobody can remember exactly what was said when asked under oath, it was WAY too close to slander and libel for me, in good conscience, to leave up.

Strongly suggest if you have a problem with this type of attitude from me or any of the sysops, take the subject matter somewhere they care. Here's a virtual quarter for the call..............

Chuck

The above goes for some of the deleted comments. I CHOSE to delete all the comments to make the point above.

The power has gone to your head Chuck, you had no right.

You're doing fine, Chuck.

@, I guess all that stuff is pretty important to you. There are probably places where it's appropriate. I read it before it was deleted, and really couldn't see any need for it to be here.

OT is ok as an occasional remark in a thread. It's ok as a post that MIGHT be related to the stated interests of the group. But your OT post came down like a meteorite, totally off the wall, and just jangled my nerves something awful.

Thanks, Chuck.

Hey, if the Republicans are in charge here, do ya think they could increase the salaries they're paying us right-wingers?

Maybe if we went on strike?

Now, we know the Clinton's Democrats are broke after having to give back all that campaign money they stole from the Chinese, the Indonesians, the Buddist monks, and the Indians, but shoot - according to you, the republicans have lots of loot. All of it donated by red-blooded Americans too.
