So far an excellent programme - Whitley is slamming Koskinen and de Jaeger (especially de J - virtually accusing him of single-handedly stopping preparation with his about turn 6 months ago) over the pentagon Papers - at this point it is surely obvious to everybody that peter de jaeger has been bought off by TPTB...

praising Jim Lord as a hero for going out on a limb

bringing up the subject of indian programmers doing crucial usa remediation work in bangalore...

worth a listen on the archives...

Peter De Jager has been bought off by TPTB. hehehehehehehehhehheh. What else do the voices in his head tell him??

Explain his volte face about six months ago - THAT made worldwide news. It made Time and Newsweek. Many people thought y2k must be a hoax...

Explain his actions yesterday. His rabid defence of Koskinen and the spin team.

You are extremely DUMB if you can't work a few things out for yourself - or would you only believe this if Dan Blather read it off a teleprompter...?

The first time I listened to John Whitley I was quite captivated. Then I visited his website & was somewhat shocked that he sells storable foods & the like. I clicked on a few links (still onsite) to supposed Y2K stories & was immediately met by crass sales pitches for Y2K prep items.

Have you been to his site Andy? Strikes me that he's simply drumming up business.

Yes I have and I guess he's got to make a living - to be honest I think he's doing a great job in bringing to our attention some of the behind-the-scenes stuff - I try and get as many viewpoints as I can, no-one has a handle on the whole truth but you can at least head in the right direction...

Did you listen to the show? Well worth a replay.

Didn't listen to the show tonight. Tried to get a little sleep so I'm well rested for the big NYC gathering at McSorley's Old Ale House later today. I'll check Rense's archives when I get back to Virginia.

I don't begrudge anyone's nedd to make a buck. I just thought his site smelled a bit funny. Fascinating guy, though.
