YUP, as it turns out there IS an imposter, and coincidently, it appears that it is the person who originated this thread.

Go back and read that again. Now read it AGAIN. Seems that the poster of the genetics thread DOES come back to a zianet source and the poster of this thread comes back to a source quite a ways away from the zianet source.

IP addresses are TYPICALLY nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn When the first two groups are identical, it is assumed that the ISP's are reasonably close to each other in terms of the net. When there is NOTHING the same, then there is very little liklihood that the posts come from the same person or area. Particularly when the reverse gives me 2 different isp's.

SO, we have an imposter, but it's the person asking that the imposter stop.

Clear?? About as clear as mud.

It should be obvious to anyone who reads the real al-d religiously that the originator of this thread has done a POOR job of mimmicking (sp).

Notice the readibility of the imposter's post. It flows smoothly. The real al-d forces me/us to work for his glimmers of wisdom. And wise he truly is.

Please excuse this non-Y2k post but I would like to ask if anyone else has noticed how Bingo 1 seems to be the new 'Barb'? You may recall that Barb would post right behind ole' Al-d, telling us what a fine human being he was. I have not seen Barb lately but now Bingo 1 has taken up the slack....Huummmmm. Gets you to thinking about morphing and all that stuff.

There have been about four or five different al-d imposters. The "real" one is very easy to spot when one takes a look.

If posters suspect people are steeling their handles, then they need to flag the Sysops, or ask Moderators to flag the Sysops, and not expect any of us to keep tabs on who does what. (Waste of time and energy).

Al-d has been banned from Pastor Chris's site for some time. They seem to have higher standards over there and chased this fool away. You see, Mr. Driscol is somewhat of a scumbag that wouldn't pay his gambling debts and took the 'boys' to court for attempting to collect. The story is that he won a settlement of $11 million dollars (guess they were asking real hard for the money owed) but has yet to see a penny of it. He and his wife (Marianne) were pleading for the folks on Pastor Chris's site to pray for them....to no avail. He is giving the hillbilly's of the world a bad name, not to mention the honest Christians of the world. Unfortunately, he has developed somewhat of a following on this forum and continues to pollute the threads at will. Kind of like waiting to see what the village idiot will do next....
