Hello everyone, I work for the Austin American-Statesman, the daily paper in Austin Texas. I am serving on a task force studying the pros & cons of our Advertising and Production staffs going to self directed work teams.

We are looking for companies in any field that have already implemented SDWT. We would like to ask questions about the process and possibly vist some sites.
