I have a Victorio strainer no. 200. Is that the same thing? If so, I'd be glad to photocopy the instruction booklet and send it to you. Let me know if this is the one you need. No charge, I'm glad to help.

The Victorio Strainer came in the 200 Model and was manufactured in Taiwan for quite a while. Then they had a new factory built in China and so now you only get the Chinese version (which actually has a few improvements such as better gaskets and the screens are much easier to attach). To get a manual you can call VillaWare who now distribute the Victorio Strainer at 1-800-822-1335. If you can't get one there visit our website and leave an email and I will try to get one for you. www.dehydrators.com (Mountain Home Basics)
