Puddintame--where is that quote from? Didn't find it upon a quick look at their web site y2k statements. Did you pull it from somewhere else?

Wondering, I think I copied that from the latest 10-Q statement in the SEC's EDGAR electronic database. See www.sec.gov and look for EGAR. Search on Carolina Power. Once you get to the document, use your "Find" function under your Edit tool to search for keyword "year 2000".
