WASHINGTON, July 16 Security experts believe that computer fraud, linked directly to the so-called Year 2000 computer bug, will cost Americas big business big money. In fact, one firm predicts that in a single computer theft, some American business will lose $1 billion. It could potentially be the biggest corporate heist in world history.
