OT-anonymous, need help understanding tax laws...

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

anonymous,

I am interested in the post you made on another thread. How did you learn about the trust things, etc. Is there a book out about this? We have had much of our income eroded by taxes because we had a small business and we were practically taxed out of business.

Thanks for any info.

Simply set up an appointment with any Estate attorney. Tell him your plans of no longer "volunteering" and getting out of the tax system. He then will set you up with the appropriate Trusts. Simply spend the money you normally pay in taxes to set up the trusts.

Most likely the IRS will go down in 2000. People right now pay out of fear of the IRS. When the IRS goes down, the fear is gone and you will see all the self employed end their tax payments!

The IRS will send you some letters for a while. DO NOT let them scare you. Simply write them and tell them they have no jurisdiction over you. Jurisdiction is the big secret! If yo give in and visit the IRS, just by visiting you are giving them jurisdiction!

Enter IRS- Patriot- Fraud in your search engine and you will find a lot of books on the tax scam. Buy them and get educated!

The US tax Court located in washington DC will try to get you. They want you to pay a $65 filing fee and then argue your case. DO NOT pay the filing fee, but write them and tell them they have no jurisdiction over you! They will then dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction!

When you stop filing income tax, they lose their jurisdiction over you. Never file again and they will eventually leave you alone!

The very best book on the market about getting out of the tax system is a book written by Otto Skinner, from San Pedro, Calif. It is called "the biggest tax loophole of all". Enter Otto Skinner in your search engine and you will find him. The book costs $40. It will be the best $40 you will ever spend!

@nonymous....After you've 'been there, done that' with the feds, will the same proceedure work with the state income tax? Seems to me, if you live in a state with income tax, pay property tax, sales tax, gas tax, etc., then the state could also claim 'jurisdiction'. Any thoughts on this? Cites?

No Spam,

you normally pop up at this point in the proceedings and chastise everybody like an angry father - I see you loosening your belt just... about.... now... :)

We all seem to have our favorite judicial remedies for a supposed 'law' that requires it's citizens to forfeit their earnings in the form of taxes. Dontcha think that's quite special?

Don't let the ugly buggers getcha, but don't take 'our' word for it. Let Joe Bannister, former IRS Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent relieve your concerns.

All the state taxes piggyback the federal tax forms. If you stop filing income tax, there is no way possible for you to pay state tax. This is what I told a state tax agent that knocked on my door over 10 years ago. I have no heard from them since.

sales tax and gas tax you have no control over, but it doeas not give your state jurisdiction over you when you pay it. Property tax is another one they have set up in such a way that they will take your home after 5 years of not paying.

But if you stop filing income tax forms, they will instantly loose jurisdiction over you. Get otto skinner's book called the biggest tax loophole of all. You can find him on the internet.
