If I missed a posting on this, I apologize.

I heard on the radio this morning about a near-miss between a commercial airliner and a cargo plane by only 50 feet! I believe they said it was at Kennedy, but not sure. Does anyone have any info? Is this yet another radar/computer "glitch"? These airline problems are adding up quickly, it seems.

dakota, what a manly name. you know i was helping a little boy in the neighborhood build a model airplane while paging through ed's book on home y2k preparation. i accidently set the book down on the edge of the table, bumping the plane off, sending it to the floor and breaking the wing. a y2k induced aircraft crash if i ever heard of one.
