basic swimming program for aerobic conditioning

I'm looking for a basic program about 60 min in length. Something for burning body fat and general aerobic conditioning, I'am a bodybuilder and would like to add swimming to my workout.

try www.swim2000.com You can subscribe (free) to a weekly workout of about 3200 yds. I end up shortening them here and there to fit into an hour. But they do offer great variety
