I am a newcomer to VCD and have become very interested in it over the past few weeks, making VCD's especially appeals. I would be grateful if any of you could answer the following questions regarding the format:

1. My DVD player will not play self burned VCD's, I am considering buying the playstation add on, is it any good and where is the best place to get one?

2. Although I love DVD I also hate waiting for new releases, I live in the UK and have managed to get pirates from my local DVD supplier, however these are few and far between (and he charges about #10-$18 for them), whats the most reliable source for Pirates bearing in mind I have to pay high delivery costs and wait up to 4 weeks form some companies?

3. The pirates I have aquired are with asian subtitles, I can put up with this but would rather not have them is there a supplier that releases movies without them?

As the Playstation add-on ruins the warranty, I have to ask if you really want to do it. Email me and I will tell you where to get one particular brand. Sorry Question 2 can not be answered here.
