i,m serious , anyone got a recipe for rattlesnake, we got a bunch here.also horny toads,big fat lizards.i ate snake in panama while in u.s.m.c. but didn,t have any seasoning,it was ok. but a little smelly.

Make sure the snake doesn't bite itself, cut off the head, gut it out and skin it, cut it into bite sized pieces, douse in seasoned flour and fry just like chicken or frog's legs (cooks really quickly - like fish).
