Carteret County has monthly meetings the second Thursday of each month from 7-9pm at the Morehead City Recreation Center. CP&L was pretty much all smiles and happy face. I will say this, the y2k manager, David Keyes did not shy away from questions. If someone had detailed and pointed questions, I believe that Keyes would take a stand at responding to them. He is available by telephone. You may get him to attend by teleconference to respond to questions. Good luck.
