what is the famous Irish poem containing the line at the end "wind at my back"

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Poetry : One Thread

I am interested in the anonymous Irish poem containing the line "wind at my back" - may something rise up to meet you? If anyone can help me out, I would appreciate it! Thanks!

(a correction of one word ) AN OLD IRISH TOST May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the rain fall soft upon your "FIELDS", and the sun shine soft upon your head. And until we meet again, may the Lord hold you in the hollow of his hand.

An old Irish Toast:

May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your head and the rain fall soft upon your face, And until we meet again, may the Lord hold you in the hollow of his hand.
