Issue-problem with the ability of a self-directed work team to motivate one of it's members to carry their weight doing their share of the work. The team has tended to cover for them. It is a union environment and getting the non-union team leader involved does not feel appropriate to the team, but peer pressure doesn't seem to be working. Ideas on how the team leader can tool this team up to handle this situation?
