Armen, Lucas, and I thought that it would be a good idea to have a meeting this coming Friday. Let's pick a time (and a date if Friday is bad for Chaz).

Here are some of the things that I would like to discuss: - Basic but solid outline of our idea - What we each think we can bring to this project (and also what each of our weaknesses may be)... I think that this will help us choose respecitve areas of responsibility, which should then naturally lend itself to job titles. I don't want to spend a long time figuring out titles, but I feel that it is important for us to make sure we have defined our responsibilities clearly and completely. - Game plan for the future. What needs to be done next, and how are we going to do it.

Of course if you want we can start discussing all of this on-line, and then shorten the meeting (or at least just discuss the stuff that wasn't finalized on-line), if the rest of you are interested in doing that.
