I am having to debate whether or not it should be legal to divorce one's parents. Where can I find numerical statistics on homeless children?

I definitely feel it is total sensible if a child is in the best interests of it then why not but it should be conditional because you cant expect to divorce a ten year old but what about if the parents are atrocious? yes is my answer.

Of course it is legal for two people to get divorced if they don't love each other. Why would they torchure themselves into living with some one you don't like? And as far as where to find the statistics I don't have any idea
